Refund policy

Books (Shipped via Lulu Publishing)

Our printed books and workbooks are fulfilled and shipped through Lulu Publishing. If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us at rcgproducts5@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will work with Lulu to arrange a replacement.

Refunds for books are not available for buyer's remorse or if the book has been read or used.

Shipping & Return Shipping

We do not provide prepaid return labels. If a return is required (in cases where we approve a physical return rather than a replacement), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are eligible for the same defect/damage policy above. All other return conditions apply equally to sale and full-price items.
